Common Questions

How quickly will I get a quote?
For most kitchen worktops, we can provide an indicative price over the phone or by email within a few hours. For a precise, fixed-price quote, we'll need to template your kitchen first — but we'll always give you a ballpark figure upfront so you know where you stand.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No appointment needed — just drop in. We're open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturdays 9am–2pm.
What information do you need for a quote?
The more you can tell us, the more accurate we can be. Ideally: the type of stone you're interested in, rough worktop dimensions (length and depth), number of cut-outs (sink, hob, tap holes), and your preferred edge profile. But don't worry if you're not sure — that's what we're here for.
Is there a call-out charge for templating?
No. There is no separate call-out fee. The cost of templating is included as part of your overall worktop quote. You'll always know the full price before we start any work.
