Our Installation Service

Fitted by the same team who made it.

No subcontractors. No strangers. The people who template your kitchen and cut your stone in our workshop are the same people who install it. That's how we've always worked — and it's why the finish is right, every time.

Service area: Our full installation service covers Portsmouth, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Waterlooville, Chichester, Southampton and the surrounding area, with our services extending to Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Dorset and Berkshire. The reach depends on the type of project — contact us to discuss. Outside these areas? We offer nationwide stone supply and fabrication.

What happens on installation day.

No surprises, no guesswork. Here's exactly what to expect when our team arrives — step by step.

01

Arrival & Protection

We arrive with your worktops carefully packaged and lay protective sheeting across your floors, cabinets, and appliances. Your home is treated with the same care as if it were ours.

02

Final Checks

We verify cabinet levels and make any minor adjustments. Because we hand-templated against your actual units, we already know everything will fit — but we double-check anyway.

03

Positioning & Fitting

Each worktop piece is carefully lifted into place. We use suction lifters for safe handling — these slabs can weigh 80kg or more. No rushing, no shortcuts.

04

Seamless Jointing

Where sections meet, we create invisible colour-matched joints using specialist adhesives. When it's done right, you can't feel the join with your fingertips. That's the standard.

05

Sealing & Finishing

Sink cut-outs are fitted and sealed with silicone to create a watertight finish. Upstands are finished with decorators caulk — it gives a clean, seamless line and can be painted to match your walls. Tap holes are drilled, and every edge is checked and polished.

06

Clean-Up & Handover

We remove all packaging, clean every surface, and leave your kitchen cleaner than we found it. Then we walk you through your new worktops and any care advice specific to your stone.

Everything's included. No extras.

The price we quote is the price you pay. Templating, fabrication, delivery, installation, cut-outs, edge profiles, waste removal — it's all in there. No awkward invoices after the job.

Hand Templating

03

Delivery & Installation

Careful transport and professional fitting by the same team. Most kitchens completed in a single day.

04

Sink & Tap Cut-Outs

All cut-outs for undermount sinks, hobs, and taps are priced separately and itemised clearly on your quote — no hidden surprises. We handle every cut-out as part of your installation so everything fits perfectly.

05

Edge Profiling

Your choice of edge profile — pencil, bullnose, ogee, or chamfer — machined and polished to perfection.

06

Waste Removal

All offcuts, packaging, and waste removed from your property. You don't have to deal with anything.

The standards we hold ourselves to.

Same Team — Start to Finish

The people who template your kitchen are the people who install it. No subcontractors, no strangers. That matters.

We Leave It Cleaner Than We Found It

Protective sheeting, careful handling, and a thorough clean-up. Every time. It's not negotiable.

5-Year Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee our own workmanship for 5 years — every joint, every cut, every detail. Our guarantee covers work carried out by our team, not the underlying structure or cabinetry installed by others.

Invisible Joints

Colour-matched adhesives, precision cutting, and hand finishing. When we join two pieces of stone, you can't tell where one ends and the other begins.

Stone styles to inspire your project.

From dramatic veined marble to sleek minimal quartz — here's a glimpse of what's possible with the materials we supply and install.

Frequently Asked

Installation Questions

How long does a typical kitchen installation take?
Most standard kitchen worktop installations are completed in a single day. Larger projects — very big islands, multiple rooms, or bathrooms as well — may take two days. We'll let you know the expected timeline when we confirm your installation date.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Yes — we'd recommend being home or having someone there. It's useful to have you around so we can confirm final details like silicone colour and sink positioning. Plus it means you can see the transformation happen in real time, which is the best bit.
Will there be dust or mess?
Very little. Almost all the cutting and shaping is done in our workshop — we don't cut stone in your home. On installation day, we lay protective sheeting, work carefully, and do a full clean-up before we leave. Customers regularly tell us they can't believe how tidy the team are.
What if my cabinets aren't level?
Minor levelling adjustments are a normal part of the installation process and are included in your quote. If we spot significant issues during templating, we'll let you know so your kitchen fitter can address them before we install. We won't fit worktops onto cabinets that aren't right — that would compromise the result.
Do you install sinks and taps as well?
As standard, we don't install sinks or taps — on new kitchens, that's usually down to your kitchen fitter or plumber. However, we do offer this as an uplift service if you need us to take care of it. We'll cut and prepare all the necessary holes during fabrication so everything is ready for whoever is fitting them.
