From your first visit to final installation, the same people look after your project from start to finish. Most kitchens are completed within 2–3 weeks of templating.

Visit our Portsmouth showroom and see a wide range of stone samples in real light — or call us and we'll bring samples to you. Ian and Sam will talk you through what works for your kitchen, your budget, and your lifestyle. No pressure, just honest advice.
Your Quote — Fixed and Honest
We'll give you a detailed, all-inclusive quote. Templating, fabrication, delivery, installation, waste removal — it's all in the price. No hidden extras, no surprises on the day. If you want to hand-pick your exact slab, we can arrange a visit to our supplier's yard.
Hand Templating — With Your Input
Once your cabinets are in, we come to your home and template by hand. You'll see exactly where every cut-out, edge, and joint will go — and you can have your say before we cut a single piece of stone. It takes a bit longer than laser, but it's how we've always done it.
Precision Fabrication
Your stone is cut on our CNC machinery, edge profiles are shaped, and every piece is hand-polished in our workshop. This is where the craft happens — Kev and the team take real pride in getting every detail right.
Installation — Same Team, Same Day
The same team who templated your kitchen returns to install. We lay protective sheeting, fit every piece, create seamless joints, and clean up afterwards. Most kitchens are done in a single day. We leave your kitchen cleaner than we found it.
Aftercare — We Don't Disappear
We give you care instructions specific to your stone, and a 5-year workmanship guarantee covering everything our team has installed. Your stone also carries the manufacturer's own warranty — typically 10 to 25 years. But more than that — if you ever have a question, need advice, or something needs looking at, just pick up the phone. We're not going anywhere.

Fixed Price — No Surprises
Your quote includes everything: templating, fabrication, delivery, installation, and edge profiling. We also offer drainer grooves and recess drainers as optional extras. The price we agree is the price you pay. We don't add surprises on the day.
5-Year Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our own workmanship for 5 years — every joint, every cut, every installation detail. If anything we've done isn't right, we'll come back and fix it at no cost. No quibbles. Please note: our guarantee covers the work carried out by our team. We do not guarantee the underlying structure, cabinetry, or any work carried out by other contractors or kitchen fitters prior to our installation.
Perfect Fit, Guaranteed
We template by hand in your home to make sure everything fits first time. If something isn't right, we remake it at our expense. It's that simple.
Manufacturer Warranties (10–25 Years)
On top of our workmanship guarantee, every worktop also carries the manufacturer's own warranty — typically between 10 and 25 years depending on the brand. Silestone and Dekton offer 25 years, Caesarstone 10 years. We'll confirm exactly what's covered when we finalise your order.
Care Advice Specific to Your Stone
Different stones need different care. We'll talk you through exactly how to look after yours — because the right care means your worktops look as good in ten years as they do today.
We're Always Here
Guarantees have an end date, but we don't. We're a local family business and we're always at the end of the phone. Whether it's five years or fifteen years after installation, if you need advice, help, or just want to ask a question — just call us. That's how we've always worked.
