This beautiful granite is sourced from the ancient, mineral-rich regions of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala in India. Like all granites, Forest Green is an intrusive igneous rock, born from silica-rich magma that cooled slowly deep within the Earth's crust. This geological process allows large, interlocking crystals of quartz, feldspar, and mica to form, contributing to its inherent strength and the very fine speckled details we see today.
