Quarried in Alicante, Spain, Emperador Light is a testament to the earth's artistry. Like all marble, it began its journey as limestone, transformed over millions of years by intense heat and pressure deep within the earth. This geological process recrystallises calcite into a dense, interlocking mosaic, with subtle mineral impurities giving rise to the characteristic light caramel-tan tones and elegant veining we see in this beautiful stone.
