The Stone

See the natural beauty of Enoki up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this porcelain unique.

Ethereal ivory with a subtle organic texture — the lightest and most graceful surface in the Ki No Bi collection.

Laminam Enoki captures the delicate elegance of the slender enoki mushroom in an ultra-thin porcelain surface that feels light, airy, and effortlessly refined. Its ethereal ivory and pale cream tone carries a subtle organic texture that gives the surface just enough visual interest to avoid sterility, while maintaining the clean, bright character that makes it feel fresh and contemporary. As the lightest member of the Ki No Bi collection, Enoki provides a beautiful counterpoint to the deeper tones of Acai and Kuri, and works beautifully as a pairing surface in multi-material schemes. Available at just 2mm thickness for wall cladding and furniture applications, or in thicker formats for worktop installations. Pure, sinuous, and gracefully minimal.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Enoki

What inspired the name Laminam Enoki?
Enoki takes its name from the enoki mushroom — a delicate Japanese mushroom known for its slender, pale stems and ethereal, almost luminous white appearance. The surface captures this soft, pale quality with a delicate, fine-grained texture and warm off-white colouring that feels organic and gently alive. It is part of the Rare collection, reflecting Laminam's Japanese design inspirations alongside the Ki No Bi series.
What colour is Laminam Enoki?
Enoki presents a soft, warm off-white with the gentlest hint of cream and pale mushroom undertones. The surface carries fine, delicate texture and subtle tonal variation that give it an organic, living quality — like a natural material that has been gently shaped rather than manufactured. It is softer and warmer than a stark white but lighter and more luminous than cream or ivory.
Is Laminam Enoki suitable for a minimalist Scandinavian kitchen?
Enoki is almost perfectly suited to Scandinavian and minimalist design. Its soft, pale warmth, organic texture, and understated character embody the Scandinavian principles of natural beauty, simplicity, and quiet craftsmanship. Pair it with blonde timber, matte white cabinetry, natural linen, and simple ceramic accessories for a kitchen that feels calm, warm, and effortlessly beautiful.
How hygienic is Laminam Enoki?
Laminam Enoki — like all Laminam porcelain — is completely non-porous, which means bacteria, mould, and viruses cannot harbour on or within the surface. It can be cleaned with standard antibacterial cleaners without risk of damage, and no specialist sealing or treatment is ever required. This makes it an exceptionally hygienic choice for food preparation areas and bathroom surfaces.
What edge profiles are available for Laminam Enoki worktops?
In2stone offers a range of edge profiles for Laminam porcelain worktops, including straight (squared), chamfered, pencil-round, and mitred edges. For Enoki's soft, organic character, a chamfered or pencil-round edge often works best — softening the profile and complementing the surface's gentle nature. A mitred edge creates a thicker appearance and works well on kitchen islands.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
