The Stone

See the natural beauty of Tura up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this porcelain unique.

Style:

Natural

A quietly organic off-white stone-effect porcelain with subtle granular depth — warmly architectural and endlessly versatile.

XTone Tura presents a quietly organic off-white surface that sits between the starkness of pure white and the warmth of cream. Its subtle granular texture and fine grey micro-spots suggest natural limestone or chalk stone without resorting to dramatic veining or bold pattern. This is a surface of understated architectural confidence — clean, honest, and endlessly adaptable. Available in Nature finish at 6mm thickness, Tura is an ideal choice for serene bathroom cladding, refined kitchen splashbacks, and minimalist interior feature walls where natural texture is desired without visual complexity.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Tura

What stone does Tura reference?
Tura is inspired by pale natural limestone and chalk stone — sedimentary stones that form the bedrock of many European architectural traditions. Its off-white colour with cool undertones and subtle granular texture evoke the quiet geological authority of these ancient stones, reproduced in a completely stain-proof and maintenance-free porcelain format.
Where is Tura best used?
Tura works best as a wall cladding surface — a bathroom feature wall, a kitchen splashback, or an architectural interior panel. Its quiet off-white geological character provides an organic warmth that is slightly more textured than plain white but far less bold than veined marble-effects, making it an ideal background surface for carefully considered interiors.
Is Tura warmer or cooler than Glem White?
Tura is slightly warmer than Glem White, with the subtle granular detail of its pale limestone-effect character giving it a very gently organic warmth. Glem White is cleaner and more pristine — marble-inspired with a very faint grey vein. Tura feels more natural and stone-like; Glem White feels more marble-inspired and refined.
Can Tura and Navona be used together in a bathroom?
Yes — Tura and Navona share a warm stone family character and work beautifully together in bathroom settings. Navona's travertine banding provides structured geological movement while Tura's quieter granular texture acts as a calm companion surface. Together they create an authentic layered natural-stone bathroom without tonal discord.
Is Tura available in a worktop thickness?
Tura is currently available only in 6mm thickness, which is best suited to wall cladding and light furniture surface applications. For a worktop with a comparable quiet natural-stone quality, Mallorca Caliza or Bottega Caliza would provide better alternatives at appropriate worktop thicknesses.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
