The Stone

See the natural beauty of Bianco Venatino up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this quartz unique.

Colour:

White Grey Brown

Bright off-white quartz with dense, intricate grey veining — a richly detailed Venatino marble interpretation.

BQS Bianco Venatino captures the busy, intricate character of natural Venatino marble. Its bright off-white base is covered by a dense, random network of fine to medium veining that creates a complex, layered pattern across the surface. The veins range from light to mid-grey with subtle warmer brownish-grey hues, punctuated by occasional darker, near-charcoal thread-like accents that add depth and definition. The polished finish brings out the full tonal range of the veining, giving the surface a refined sheen that catches the light beautifully. Bianco Venatino is busier and more detailed than Carrara Extra — it's the choice for those who want their marble-effect worktop to have genuine visual complexity rather than simple, sparse veining. Engineered from 93% natural quartz by Brachot, non-porous, and requiring no sealing. Available in jumbo 3200 × 1600mm slabs with 20mm or 30mm thicknesses. Supplied and installed by In2Stone across Hampshire.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Bianco Venatino

What does BQS Bianco Venatino look like?
Bianco Venatino has a bright off-white base densely covered by an intricate, random network of fine to medium veining. The veins show a range of tones from light to mid-grey, with subtle warmer brownish-grey hues and occasional darker charcoal accents. The polished finish has a refined sheen. It's a richly detailed marble-effect — busier and more complex than a simple Carrara pattern.
How does Bianco Venatino differ from Carrara Extra?
Both are grey-veined marble-effect designs on white bases, but the level of detail differs significantly. Carrara Extra has softer, sparser veining with a more understated character. Bianco Venatino has much denser, more intricate veining with greater tonal range including warmer brownish accents and darker charcoal threads. Venatino is for those who want more visual complexity.
Is Bianco Venatino too busy for a small kitchen?
The dense veining does create a lot of visual activity, but the light base keeps the overall brightness high. In smaller kitchens, pair it with simple, neutral cabinetry and avoid busy tiles or splashbacks — let the worktop provide the visual interest and keep everything else calm. The result can be surprisingly effective.
What kitchen styles suit Bianco Venatino?
Bianco Venatino works well in traditional, transitional, and classic contemporary kitchens where marble-effect surfaces are a natural fit. It pairs beautifully with shaker-style cabinetry, ceramic subway tile splashbacks, and both chrome and brushed brass hardware. It's less suited to ultra-minimalist schemes where a simpler surface would be more appropriate.
Does the polished finish on Bianco Venatino scratch easily?
Quartz is one of the hardest surfaces available for kitchen worktops, and BQS quartz is highly scratch-resistant. That said, always use chopping boards for food preparation — direct knife contact on any surface will eventually cause wear. The polished finish is durable and maintains its sheen with normal care.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
