The Stone

See the natural beauty of London Grey up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this quartz unique.

Colour:

Grey Beige Brown

Pale greige quartz with soft grey marble-effect veining — a refined, understated surface with quiet depth.

Caesarstone London Grey from the Supernatural collection brings a distinctly British sensibility to the marble-effect category. Its pale greige base with very subtle warmth is crossed by moderate fine to medium-fine veining in soft, muted light grey with occasional slightly darker charcoal or light brown-grey segments. Some areas carry diffuse, almost translucent grey movement that adds depth without drama. The semi-polished finish gives London Grey a soft sheen that's refined without being showy — appropriate for a surface named after the capital. It's one of the most versatile designs in the Caesarstone range, sitting comfortably in both traditional and contemporary settings. The greige base means it works with warm and cool colour schemes equally well. Engineered from up to 90% natural quartz minerals by Caesarstone with a lifetime residential warranty. Available in jumbo 3270 × 1640mm slabs with 20mm or 30mm thicknesses. Supplied and installed by In2Stone across Hampshire.

Frequently Asked

Questions About London Grey

What does Caesarstone London Grey look like?
London Grey has a pale greige base with subtle warmth, crossed by moderate veining in soft muted light grey. The veins are fine to medium-fine, with occasional darker charcoal or brown-grey segments and some diffuse translucent grey movement. The semi-polished finish has a soft sheen. It's a refined, understated marble-effect — versatile and quietly sophisticated.
What colour is greige?
Greige is the point where grey meets beige — a neutral tone that's neither distinctly warm nor cool. London Grey's greige base makes it unusually versatile, working with both warm timber and cream schemes as well as cooler grey and blue palettes. This is why it's one of the most consistently popular colours in the Caesarstone range.
How does London Grey compare to Empira White?
Both are Supernatural marble-effect designs, but they start from different bases. Empira White has a brighter off-white base with sparser veining. London Grey has a warmer greige base with denser, more varied veining including brown-grey accents. London Grey feels warmer and has more visual complexity; Empira White is brighter and cleaner.
Is London Grey suitable for a traditional kitchen?
Very much so. The soft marble-effect character with its restrained veining suits panelled cabinetry, period hardware, and classic kitchen design. The greige base also pairs well with traditional stone flooring and warm timber elements. It's a timeless choice that avoids looking trend-dependent.
What finish does London Grey have?
London Grey has a honed or semi-polished finish — a soft sheen without the mirror-like reflectivity of a full polish. This gives it a refined, approachable quality. The semi-polished finish is easy to maintain and shows fewer fingerprints than high-gloss polished alternatives.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
