Concrete Effect Industrial Matte Finish Linear

Warm light beige quartz with horizontal concrete-effect banding — a tactile, layered industrial surface.

Caesarstone Topus Concrete from the Metropolitan collection brings horizontal movement to the concrete aesthetic. Its warm light beige base is layered with prominent horizontal bands of varying thickness in diffused off-white beige and slightly darker warm brown-grey tones. The bands create low-contrast, linear movement across the surface — the effect of concrete that's been poured, layered, and cured over time. The rough finish is crucial to the design — it gives Topus Concrete a genuinely tactile, granular quality that polished quartz cannot replicate. The warm beige palette sets it apart from the greyer concrete designs in the Metropolitan range, making it a warmer, more approachable take on the industrial aesthetic. Engineered from up to 90% natural quartz minerals by Caesarstone with a lifetime residential warranty. Available in jumbo 3270 × 1640mm slabs with 20mm or 30mm thicknesses. Supplied and installed by In2Stone across Hampshire.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Topus Concrete

What does Caesarstone Topus Concrete look like?
Topus Concrete has a warm light beige base layered with prominent horizontal bands in off-white beige and warm brown-grey. The banding is diffused and low-contrast, creating subtle linear movement. The rough finish has a genuinely tactile, granular quality. It reads as a warm, layered concrete surface with horizontal movement — like raw concrete that's been poured and cured.
What is the rough finish?
Caesarstone's rough finish is their most tactile surface option — it has a genuinely granular, raw quality that goes beyond the smoother concrete finish. It's designed to replicate the feel of rough-cast or trowelled concrete. Like the concrete finish, it requires slightly more daily care than polished — keep dry and wipe spills promptly.
How does Topus Concrete differ from Fresh Concrete?
They occupy completely different positions. Fresh Concrete is a pale ivory-cream with virtually no pattern and a smoother concrete finish — clean and minimal. Topus Concrete is warmer beige with visible horizontal banding and a rougher, more tactile finish — layered and textural. Topus is more characterful; Fresh is more pared-back.
What kitchen styles suit Topus Concrete?
The warm concrete aesthetic works in industrial, rustic-industrial, and warm contemporary kitchens. It pairs well with exposed timber, raw plaster walls, concrete-effect flooring, and matt black metalwork. The warm beige tone also crosses into Mediterranean and earthy schemes where a pure grey concrete would feel too cold.
Does the rough finish show scratches?
The rough, textured surface actually disguises minor wear and scratches better than polished quartz. The granular quality means small marks blend into the existing texture rather than standing out. It's a practical finish for kitchens where the surface needs to look good under heavy daily use without constant polishing.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
