CRL Quartz Arctic Shimmer is white, almost entirely — but with the faintest scattered micro-shimmer that lifts it just above a plain white surface. The very pale white-to-off-white ground carries tiny light grey micro-particles, subtler and lighter than Quartz Reflection, distributed so finely that they read as a barely perceptible texture at normal distance rather than a visible sparkle. The effect is one of clean, fresh white with a hint of crystalline quality — like ice caught in winter light. The polished finish amplifies the brightness.
