The Stone

See the natural beauty of Antique Green up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this quartz unique.

Crisp white quartz with subtle grey veining — a clean, classic marble-look surface.

Despite its name, Antique Green is a beautifully restrained white quartz with soft, ghost-like grey veining forming gentle cloud formations across the slab. The veining is extremely fine and delicate — thin grey filaments creating airy, swirling patterns predominantly in the upper portions of each slab. There is no green visible in the stone; instead, this is a minimalist white surface with muted cool grey accents that evoke the best qualities of natural Carrara marble. Part of the Radianz Classic collection from LOTTE Chemical, the surface is engineered from 93% natural quartz for outstanding durability — scoring Mohs 7 for hardness with full resistance to staining and bacterial growth. The polished finish gives it a luminous quality that brightens any room. A 15-year residential warranty ensures long-term peace of mind, making Antique Green an excellent choice for refined kitchens and bathrooms where understated classical elegance is the goal.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Antique Green

If Antique Green is actually white with grey veining, why is it called 'green'?
The name is inherited from the LOTTE Chemical product catalogue and does not describe the visible colour. The slab is a crisp white quartz with very subtle grey veining — there is no green visible in the surface. We recommend viewing a sample or visiting our showroom to confirm the actual appearance before ordering.
How does Antique Green compare to Carrara marble in appearance?
Antique Green closely resembles the softer, quieter examples of Carrara marble — where fine grey veining drifts through a cool white base without heavy contrast or dramatic movement. The key advantage over genuine Carrara is that Antique Green will never yellow, etch from lemon juice, or require annual resealing.
Is Antique Green bright enough to make a small kitchen feel larger?
Yes. The crisp white base with only minimal grey veining reflects a significant amount of light, which helps smaller kitchens feel brighter and more spacious. The subtle veining prevents the surface from looking sterile — it adds gentle depth without absorbing light the way darker or heavily veined surfaces would.
Can I use bleach-based cleaners on Antique Green without damaging the surface?
While the quartz composition resists most cleaning products, we recommend avoiding undiluted bleach and harsh abrasive scouring pads, as these can gradually dull the polished finish over time. Warm water with a mild detergent is all that is needed for daily cleaning — the non-porous surface does not harbour bacteria even without heavy-duty disinfectants.
What makes Antique Green different from Diamond White in the same range?
Diamond White is a near-pure solid white with virtually zero markings — a blank canvas. Antique Green has soft, cloud-like grey veining that gives it subtle marble-like character and movement. Choose Diamond White for an ultra-minimalist, clinical look; choose Antique Green if you want white with a whisper of organic personality.

"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
