The Stone

See the natural beauty of Ethereal Noctis up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this quartz unique.

Bright cool white base with bold dark charcoal veining and soft grey clouding for dramatic marble presence.

Silestone Ethereal Noctis sets dark charcoal-grey veining against a bright, cool white base with confident contrast. The veins move predominantly diagonally, intersecting to create a dynamic unified pattern that feels architectural in its structure. Vein thickness ranges from fine thread-like lines to medium-bold formations, many with diffuse or smudged edges that prevent them from looking mechanical. Softer translucent areas of light to mid-grey clouding drift between the darker veins, adding depth. The polished finish carries a subtle sheen that enhances the contrast without creating mirror-like reflections. There is no speckling or granular texture — just clean, high-contrast marble movement against a pristine white canvas. Noctis occupies a middle ground in the Ethereal collection: more dramatic than Dusk but less dense than Haze, making it the versatile choice for kitchens that want marble impact without overwhelming visual density. Part of Silestone's Ethereal collection, manufactured in Almería, Spain with Hybriq+® technology. Minimum 20% recycled content, 100% renewable energy. Non-porous, stain-resistant, NSF and Greenguard certified. Supplied in jumbo 327 × 159 cm slabs with a 25-year warranty. Installed by In2Stone across Hampshire.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Ethereal Noctis

What does Ethereal Noctis look like in a kitchen?
Ethereal Noctis reads as a bold marble-effect surface — bright cool white with dark charcoal-grey veining running diagonally across the slab. The veins have slightly diffused edges that give them a natural, geological quality. In a kitchen, it creates a clean yet dramatic focal point, particularly effective on an island or long run of worktops where the diagonal movement can develop fully.
How does Noctis compare to the other Ethereal surfaces?
Noctis sits between Ethereal Dusk and Ethereal Haze in terms of visual impact. Dusk has broader grey bands with finer background veining; Haze is the densest with web-like dark patterning. Noctis offers clear, confident charcoal veining at moderate density — bold enough to be a statement but not so dense that it dominates a room. It is the most versatile of the three.
Is Ethereal Noctis hard-wearing for a family kitchen?
Yes. The Hybriq+® composition provides high scratch resistance, stain resistance, and impact resistance. The non-porous surface never needs sealing. Coloured spills like turmeric or red wine cannot penetrate the white base — wipe them up and they are gone. The 25-year warranty provides additional reassurance.
Where is Ethereal Noctis made?
Manufactured by Cosentino at their facility in Almería, Spain. The Hybriq+® process uses minimum 20% recycled materials, 100% renewable electricity, and 99% recycled water. The Ethereal collection is one of Silestone's newest and most design-forward ranges.
What is the best way to clean Ethereal Noctis?
Wipe daily with a damp microfibre cloth and mild soap. The bright white base benefits from prompt attention to coloured spills, though nothing can permanently stain. For dried-on marks, a dilute bleach solution works well on the white base without affecting the charcoal veining. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could dull the polished finish over time.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
