The Stone

See the natural beauty of Linen Cream up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this quartz unique.

Style:

Plain Subtle Matte Fine Grain

Uniform warm cream surface with a matte finish and barely perceptible fine granular texture throughout.

Silestone Linen Cream is a study in quiet warmth. The surface presents a uniform creamy off-white with no veining, no pattern movement, and no dramatic design statement. What it does offer is a soft, approachable warmth and a matte-like finish that feels considered rather than plain. An extremely subtle mottling of slightly darker beige-grey tones exists beneath the surface — so fine it reads more as texture than colour variation. The matte or honed finish sets Linen Cream apart from polished surfaces. It absorbs light rather than reflecting it, giving kitchens and bathrooms a softer, more relaxed atmosphere. Fine granular speckles scattered across the surface are barely perceptible but add just enough visual interest to prevent the surface from feeling flat. This is a worktop for spaces that prioritise calm over drama. Part of Silestone's Suma collection, manufactured in Almería, Spain using Hybriq+® technology with minimum 20% recycled content and 100% renewable energy. Non-porous, requires no sealing, and is backed by a 25-year warranty. Available in jumbo 327 × 159 cm slabs. Supplied and installed by In2Stone across Hampshire.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Linen Cream

Is Silestone Linen Cream a plain colour or does it have pattern?
Linen Cream is essentially a plain colour with extremely subtle undertones. There is no veining or directional pattern. A very fine, random mottling of slightly darker beige-grey tones gives the surface a gentle warmth and prevents it from looking like a flat laminate, but the overall impression is of a uniform warm cream.
What finish does Linen Cream come in?
Linen Cream has a matte or honed finish that absorbs light rather than creating sharp reflections. This gives it a softer, more tactile appearance compared to polished Silestone surfaces. The matte finish also has a practical advantage — fingerprints and water marks are far less visible than on a high-gloss surface.
Will Linen Cream look too plain as a kitchen worktop?
That depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you want the worktop to be a background element that lets cabinetry, splashbacks, or statement lighting take centre stage, Linen Cream is ideal. The fine granular texture adds enough depth to prevent it looking like laminate, and the warm cream tone brings a sense of quality that a flat white cannot match.
Does the matte finish on Linen Cream show water marks?
The matte finish actually hides water marks and fingerprints far better than a polished surface. Water sitting on the surface does not leave visible spots in the same way it would on high-gloss stone. Daily maintenance is just a wipe with a damp cloth — the non-porous surface means nothing soaks in regardless of finish.
Can Linen Cream be used for a full splashback as well as worktops?
Yes, and the uniform colour makes it particularly well-suited to full-height splashbacks. With no veining pattern to align across the horizontal-to-vertical transition, the join between worktop and upstand or splashback is seamless. Our fabrication team can cut both from the same slab for a perfectly matched installation.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
