The Stone

See the natural beauty of Miami Vena up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this quartz unique.

Light cream base covered in dense fine warm-grey veining that creates intricate subtle marble patterning throughout.

Silestone Miami Vena has an off-white to very light cream base overlaid with a dense, fine, thread-like veining in light warm grey. The veining is intricate and tightly distributed — more concentrated than many marble-effect surfaces — yet remains delicate in scale, creating a surface that has real visual complexity without strong contrast or bold sweeping patterns. There is no directional movement; the veins spread randomly across the slab in an organic network. The finish carries a gentle sheen rather than a mirror-sharp polish, lending Miami Vena a softness that suits relaxed, lived-in kitchens. The dense veining contributes a subtle visual granularity — almost like a fine weave seen from a distance. It is busier than Halcyon but maintains the same understated temperature, making the two surfaces work well within the same design language if used in different zones. Part of Silestone's Nebula collection, manufactured in Almería, Spain with Hybriq+® technology. Minimum 20% recycled content, produced with 100% renewable energy and 99% recycled water. Non-porous, no sealing required, NSF certified. Available in jumbo 327 × 159 cm slabs with a 25-year warranty. Installed by In2Stone across Hampshire.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Miami Vena

What does Silestone Miami Vena look like compared to plain white quartz?
Miami Vena is noticeably busier than a plain white surface. The dense network of fine warm-grey veining creates an intricate, all-over marble texture that gives the slab real visual depth. From across a room it reads as a soft off-white with gentle movement; up close you see the individual thread-like veins. It has far more character than a solid white surface while remaining understated.
What cabinetry colours complement Miami Vena?
The light cream base and warm-grey veining make Miami Vena naturally compatible with a wide range of cabinet colours. Mid-tone grey, soft navy, and warm mushroom-toned cabinets all work beautifully. White cabinetry creates a clean, airy kitchen, while deeper charcoal or forest green cabinets provide striking contrast against the light surface. Chrome or brushed nickel hardware suits the cool grey veining.
Is Miami Vena scratch-resistant enough for a kitchen with children?
Yes. Silestone surfaces have high scratch resistance thanks to their mineral composition. Normal kitchen activities — sliding plates, placing cups, children doing homework — will not mark the surface. We recommend using chopping boards for knife work as a matter of good practice, but the surface itself handles daily family kitchen life without issue.
Where is Miami Vena produced and what is it made from?
Miami Vena is made by Cosentino in Almería, Spain using Hybriq+® technology. The composition blends premium minerals with minimum 20% recycled materials. Production runs on 100% renewable electricity and recycles 99% of process water. It is certified by NSF and Greenguard for food contact safety and low emissions.
Does Miami Vena require any sealing or special maintenance?
No sealing is ever needed. Miami Vena is completely non-porous — liquids cannot penetrate the surface, so there is no risk of staining from within. Clean daily with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn dried-on marks, Cosentino recommends Q-Action cleaner or CIF Power Shine applied with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
