The Stone

See the natural beauty of Lunar up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this sintered stone unique.

Light off-white sintered stone with soft greige cloud-like mottling — a gentle, finely textured concrete surface.

Dekton Lunar brings the gentle luminosity of moonlight to the Industrial collection. Its very light off-white base with subtle warm greige undertones features a diffused cloudy mottled pattern of slightly darker soft warm grey and beige-grey tones blending organically rather than forming distinct veins. The movement is random, moderate to broad, and densely distributed. The matte or honed finish shows subtle visual granularity but no pronounced speckling. Lunar is the lightest design in the Industrial collection — where Milar, Kreta, and Laos explore mid-to-dark concrete, Lunar captures the soft, chalky quality of fresh plaster or lightly cured concrete. Engineered by Cosentino using TSP technology. Null porosity, UV resistant, A1 fire certified. 25-year warranty. Carbon neutral. Supplied and installed by In2Stone across Hampshire.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Lunar

What does Dekton Lunar look like?
Lunar has a very light off-white base with subtle warm greige undertones. Diffused cloudy mottling in soft warm grey and beige-grey blends organically across the surface. The matte finish has subtle granularity without pronounced speckling. It reads as fresh plaster or lightly cured concrete — soft, chalky, and gently luminous.
How does Lunar compare to other Industrial designs?
Lunar is the lightest in the collection — where Milar is dark charcoal, Laos is dark brown-grey, and Kreta is mid-grey, Lunar is light off-white. It proves that industrial aesthetic doesn't require darkness. The chalky, plaster-like quality brings a fresh, airy interpretation to the industrial concrete concept.
What creates the greige undertones?
The warm greige (grey-beige) undertones prevent Lunar from being pure cold white. They add warmth and connect the design to natural cement colours — real concrete is never pure white. These subtle warm shifts make Lunar feel more authentic and inviting than a plain white surface.
What cabinetry suits Lunar?
The light, warm concrete character is extremely versatile. White cabinetry creates a bright, minimalist scheme. Natural timber adds warmth. Dark cabinetry uses the light worktop for contrast. The neutral greige base connects with both warm and cool colour palettes. Both warm brass and cool chrome hardware complement it.
Is Lunar too plain?
The diffused cloudy mottling adds enough visual depth to prevent monotony. Under changing light conditions, the warm grey and beige-grey tones shift subtly. Lunar is deliberately understated — it provides a calm, sophisticated foundation for kitchens where other elements lead the design. Simplicity is its strength.

"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
