Colour:

Charcoal Brown Olive Green

Dark charcoal sintered stone with warm olive-brown undertones and soft mottling — a deeply earthy industrial surface.

Dekton Milar draws its character from the patina of aged industrial materials. Its dark muted charcoal base is rich with subtle warm brown and olive-green undertones. Instead of distinct veining, soft random mottling of slightly lighter and darker shades creates gentle cloud-like movement. The matte or honed finish shows no significant reflections, and a fine subtly textured granular appearance completes the industrial aesthetic. Milar's olive-green undertones within the dark charcoal create unexpected warmth — this isn't a cold grey surface. It references the weathered concrete and oxidised metal of industrial heritage buildings. Engineered by Cosentino using TSP technology. Null porosity, UV resistant, A1 fire certified. 25-year warranty. Carbon neutral. Supplied and installed by In2Stone across Hampshire.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Milar

What does Dekton Milar look like?
Milar has a dark muted charcoal base with subtle warm brown and olive-green undertones. Soft random mottling creates gentle cloud-like movement rather than veining. The matte finish has fine granular texture and no reflections. It reads as deeply earthy and industrial — weathered concrete with unexpected warmth from olive-green undertones.
What are the olive-green undertones?
Subtle olive-green tones within the dark charcoal prevent Milar from being simply dark grey. These warm, organic undertones reference oxidised copper, weathered bronze, or moss on aged concrete. They add unexpected earthiness and depth — Milar has the warmth of nature within an industrial aesthetic.
What is the Industrial collection?
Dekton's Industrial collection pays tribute to the beautiful imperfections of metals and stone at different stages of ageing. Each design captures a specific industrial material — oxidised metal, weathered concrete, aged steel — with all the visual character of deterioration but none of the structural weakness.
Is dark matte practical for kitchens?
Dark matte surfaces show dust and light-coloured debris more than mid-tones, but Milar's warm undertones and soft mottling help camouflage marks better than pure dark grey. The matte finish hides fingerprints well. Dekton's null porosity means nothing can stain permanently — marks are always surface-level and easily removed.
What cabinetry suits Milar?
White cabinetry creates maximum contrast — the dark, earthy worktop against bright units is dramatic. Natural timber adds warmth that connects with the olive undertones. Dark cabinetry creates a moody, immersive kitchen. Matt black or dark bronze hardware reinforces the industrial character. Olive or sage green accessories echo the green undertones.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
