Bianco Covelano is a luminous Alpine marble from the Lasa Valley in South Tyrol, the northernmost reaches of Italy — a region celebrated as producing the "White Gold of the Alps." This exquisite stone presents a pristine ivory base with soft, flowing diagonal veins of rose-pink, warm beige, and subtle grey that sweep gracefully across the polished surface, creating a warmth and femininity rarely found in white marbles. What sets Bianco Covelano apart from other premium white marbles is its remarkable purity — with CaCO₃ content between 96 and 98 percent — and its exceptional hardness, rated approximately 20 percent higher than average marble. This makes it not just beautiful but genuinely more durable as a worktop material. Quarried at altitude in the Jennwand massif, one of the world's largest marble deposits, each slab carries the refined character of its Alpine origin.
