Plain Solid The deepest, purest black in the Compac range — an absolutely uniform, monolithic surface with zero variation that commands any space with quiet authority.
Nocturno is absolute darkness in engineered quartz form. Its deep, pure black surface carries absolutely zero veining, patterning, tonal variation, sparkle, or speckle — just solid, uniform black from edge to edge. This is the most monolithic and commanding surface in the entire Compac range, designed for interiors where bold simplicity makes the most powerful statement. The fine matte-like surface quality absorbs light rather than reflecting it, creating a surface with genuine physical presence. Nocturno is most striking when paired with bright white cabinetry for maximum contrast, or within all-dark kitchen schemes where its depth anchors the space. It is also an outstanding choice for luxury bathroom vanities, commercial bar tops, and retail display counters. Manufactured by COMPAC in Spain from 93-95% natural quartz crystals. Despite its intense colour, the surface is completely non-porous and stain-resistant — dark surfaces can show water marks on natural stone, but Nocturno's engineered composition prevents this entirely. NSF and Greenguard certified. The 25-year residential warranty provides lasting confidence.
