Betulla — Italian for 'birch' — presents a bright white base subtly interspersed with areas of creamy off-white and very light cool grey marbling. Bold fractured irregularly thick veins in deep charcoal grey to near black with hints of dark blue traverse the slab predominantly in diagonal and branching patterns, creating a dramatic focal point. A moderately dense underlying network of finer lighter grey veins and cloudy rounded formations provides additional textural depth throughout the base. The polished finish is smooth and reflective.

Betulla channels the visual language of birch bark — the bold dark fractures against a clean white ground mirror the way birch trees split their pale bark to reveal dark underlayers.
