The Stone

See the natural beauty of Iceberg White up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this quartz unique.

Style:

Plain Solid Matte

Neutral cool grey quartz with fine uniform speckling and no pattern — contemporary minimalism from the Extreme collection.

Quartzforms Iceberg White opens the Extreme collection — and despite its name, the surface is a light neutral cool grey rather than white. The surface is entirely homogenous with no distinct veining, movement, or directional pattern. A subtle fine granular texture manifests as very fine uniform speckling across the slab, suggesting a matte or honed finish rather than polished sheen. The character is clean, plain, and solid — a subtle contemporary aesthetic.

Iceberg White shares the same design philosophy as the Cloudy and Absolute collections — surfaces where pattern gives way to pure colour and texture. The light neutral cool grey tone sits between Cloudy White's mid-grey and Absolute White's near-white, offering a clean contemporary grey that works universally. The fine uniform speckling adds a barely-there textural quality that prevents the surface from reading as flat or synthetic. The matte finish completes the contemporary character, creating a surface that disappears into modern kitchen architecture.

In2Stone recommends Iceberg White for minimalist and Scandinavian-inspired kitchens where the worktop should blend seamlessly into the scheme rather than stand out. The neutral cool grey works with white, pale timber, and charcoal cabinetry without introducing any colour competition. Hardware in matt black provides clean graphic definition; brushed nickel maintains the cool neutral palette. Iceberg White is design discipline made material.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Iceberg White

Is Iceberg White actually white?
No — it is a light neutral cool grey. The name references the colour of glacial ice rather than pure white. Clients expecting bright white should consider Absolute White. Iceberg White provides a contemporary grey that sits between white and mid-grey.
What is the Extreme collection?
The Extreme collection is a Quartzforms range featuring surfaces with various finishes and characters. Iceberg White represents the plain, minimalist end of this collection with its uniform cool grey and fine speckling.
How does this compare to Cloudy White?
Both are plain light grey surfaces with fine textural detail. Cloudy White is a slightly warmer mid-grey with fine granular texture. Iceberg White is a slightly cooler, lighter grey with fine uniform speckling. The difference is subtle — compare physical samples to see which grey tone suits your scheme.
Is the speckling visible?
Very fine and uniform — the speckling creates a subtle textural quality rather than a visible pattern. From normal viewing distance, the surface reads as a clean solid grey. The speckling becomes apparent on close inspection, adding material depth.
Why choose a plain grey surface?
Plain surfaces provide maximum design flexibility — they work with any cabinetry, any hardware, and any styling without conflict. The lack of pattern means seamless joins, consistent colour across large installations, and a timeless quality that outlasts trend-driven designs.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
