The Stone

See the natural beauty of Lagoon up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this quartz unique.

Colour:

White Green Beige

Off-white quartz with distinctive sage-green diagonal veining and warm beige accents from the Ocean collection.

Quartzforms Lagoon is part of the Ocean collection — and it is one of the most distinctive surfaces in the entire Quartzforms range. The surface presents a clean off-white to very light cream base providing a bright backdrop. A prominent medium-to-bold diagonal vein in muted sage green or light olive green traverses the slab with a complex branching structure. Finer thread-like veins in the same subtle green tones meander across the surface, accompanied by very faint random blotches of warm pale beige. The polished or semi-polished finish has no significant speckling or granular texture, and the overall character is a sophisticated marble-effect with genuine colour distinction.

Lagoon draws its personality from the shallow, sun-dappled waters that give it its name — the sage-green veining evokes seagrass and coastal vegetation rather than the deep drama of ocean waves. Green veining on a white base is genuinely unusual in the quartz market, where most marble-effects rely on grey, gold, or brown veins. This rarity gives Lagoon a quiet exclusivity — it will not look like every other white worktop in the street. The warm beige accents soften the green, preventing it from feeling cold or clinical, and the branching vein structure creates organic movement that feels authentically natural.

In2Stone recommends Lagoon for clients who want a white worktop with genuine personality. The sage-green veining pairs beautifully with white, cream, and olive-toned cabinetry, and complements hardware in brushed brass, antique gold, or brushed nickel. It is particularly effective in kitchens with plants, natural timber, and biophilic design elements where the green tones create cohesion.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Lagoon

How green is the veining?
Muted sage green or light olive — not vivid or emerald. The green reads as a soft, natural tone closer to dried herbs or eucalyptus than to a bold jewel green. It is subtle enough to feel sophisticated rather than striking, but distinct enough to set Lagoon apart from grey-veined alternatives.
Is green veining unusual in quartz worktops?
Yes — the vast majority of marble-effect quartz surfaces use grey, gold, or brown veining. Sage-green veining is genuinely distinctive and rarely seen in the quartz market. This gives Lagoon a quiet exclusivity for clients who want something different from the standard palette.
Does Lagoon work in a kitchen without green accents?
Absolutely — the sage-green veining is subtle enough to function as a sophisticated neutral rather than a bold colour statement. It works with white, cream, pale grey, and warm timber without requiring any other green elements. However, it does harmonise beautifully with kitchen plants and herbs.
What are the warm beige accents?
Very faint random blotches of warm pale beige appear alongside the green veining. These subtle warm touches prevent the surface from feeling cold and add tonal complexity. They are barely noticeable individually but contribute to the overall warmth and natural character of the surface.
How does Lagoon compare to Atlantis?
Both feature green tones but differ significantly. Atlantis (Ecotone New Era) has a sage-grey green BASE with white veining — the green is the dominant colour. Lagoon (Ocean) has a white base with sage-green VEINING — the white is dominant. Lagoon is the brighter, lighter option.
★★★★★
"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
