The Stone

See the natural beauty of Spacco White up close — the surface texture, colour depth, and veining that make this quartz unique.

Light cool grey quartz with cloud-like tonal movement, dark speckling, and tactile three-dimensional texture from the Spacco collection.

Quartzforms Spacco White opens the Spacco collection — a range distinguished by genuine tactile texture that most quartz surfaces lack. The surface presents a very light cool grey base consistently speckled with tiny fine dark grey particles. Subtle broad diffuse patterns of slightly darker cool grey tones undulate randomly, creating soft cloud-like movement rather than distinct veining. The matte or honed finish has no significant reflection. Scattered very small irregular rounded three-dimensional features suggest a tactile slightly textured surface. The character is understated with organic aesthetic and gentle visual depth.

Spacco — Italian for 'broken' or 'split' — delivers something genuinely unique in the Quartzforms range: tactile three-dimensional texture. Most quartz surfaces are perfectly smooth regardless of their visual pattern. Spacco White has small rounded three-dimensional features that create actual tactile variation. This transforms the surface experience from purely visual to genuinely physical. The cloud-like tonal movement adds atmospheric depth, and the dark speckling provides practical mark-hiding, but it is the tactile quality that makes Spacco White truly distinctive.

In2Stone recommends Spacco White for clients who want a surface they can feel as well as see. The tactile texture adds sensory richness to kitchen interactions. The light cool grey palette suits contemporary and organic modern kitchens. The matte finish and natural texture create a material-first aesthetic.

Frequently Asked

Questions About Spacco White

What is the Spacco collection?
The Spacco collection is Quartzforms' textured range — surfaces with genuine tactile three-dimensional features rather than purely smooth finishes. The name means 'broken' or 'split' in Italian, referencing the natural fractured quality of the surface texture.
What are the three-dimensional features?
Very small irregular rounded raised elements scattered across the surface create actual tactile variation you can feel with your fingertips. This is unusual for quartz — most surfaces are perfectly smooth. The Spacco texture adds sensory dimension to the material.
Is the textured surface harder to clean?
The three-dimensional features are very small and rounded — not sharp or deeply recessed. Cleaning with warm water and a microfibre cloth works effectively. The texture may require slightly more attention than perfectly smooth surfaces but the difference is minimal.
What is the cloud-like movement?
Subtle broad diffuse areas of slightly darker cool grey undulate across the light grey base. These tonal shifts are very soft and atmospheric — they create gentle depth rather than visible pattern. The movement adds organic character without creating strong contrast.
Is tactile texture fashionable?
Textured surfaces are increasingly popular in contemporary design, reflecting a broader trend towards sensory richness and material authenticity. Designers and homeowners appreciate surfaces that engage touch as well as sight. Spacco White connects to this growing preference for tactile materials.

"Excellent Service and Beautiful Results - Highly Recommended! I recently had In2stone install new quartz worktops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was completely stress-free. The team was not only competitively priced but also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything seamlessly - removing the existing sink, hob, and old laminate worktops before fitting the new quartz surfaces. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful and have transformed my kitchen into a modern, minimalist space that I love spending time in. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend In2stone to anyone considering new worktops. Well done to the entire team - you've exceeded my expectations!"
