Azul Boquira quartzite captures the Brazilian sky in stone. Quarried from the renowned Fazenda Piedale deposit in Boquira, north-east Bahia, this atmospheric stone features sweeping horizontal bands of soft azure-blue, lavender, and pale sky-blue creating a beautiful, ocean-inspired movement across the textured surface. Subtle golden-ochre accents thread through the blue layers, adding warm contrast to the predominantly cool, serene palette. The Boquira quartzites are celebrated worldwide for their captivating blue-grey tones, which range from deep indigo to soft denim blue depending on the slab. Azul Boquira sits at the lighter, dreamier end of this spectrum — a stone that feels like looking up at a summer sky through thin clouds.
