Quarried in the Minas Gerais region (near Governador Valadares) and Ceará (near Independência), Brazil, this breathtakingly beautiful stone presents a translucent, soft pink-rose palette featuring large, interlocking crystalline formations of pale blush, warm mauve, and gentle white. The extraordinary translucency and faceted, glassy texture create a genuinely gemstone-like quality — as though an enormous rose quartz crystal has been sliced and polished. With an extraordinary 98.5% quartz content — among the highest of any quartzite variety — Rose Quartzite is both one of the most beautiful and one of the hardest natural stones available.
